Refund Policy
At Whipped Cakes UK, we take pride in creating beautiful, freshly made cakes and treats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on orders once they have been placed and prepared.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before collection or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may receive a partial refund, depending on how far the order has been processed and whether any custom toppings have already been purchased.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery may not be refunded, as cakes are often already in production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your cake is damaged during delivery or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.
- We may ask for photos of the issue to assess the situation.
- We will offer a replacement cake, a partial refund, or a credit for a future order where appropriate.
Custom or Bespoke Cakes
- As each bespoke cake is made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds for changes in personal taste or design once the order has been confirmed.
- We strongly encourage you to double-check all details, flavours, and designs before submitting your order.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or courier issues.
- If a delivery issue occurs on our end, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
