Availability depends on the selected date and can be viewed at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for cake orders and 3 days for cupcake orders. For urgent requests, feel free to give us a call.
Yes add any name/age you would like at checkout.
Toppers and decorations are subject to the cake design. Unfortunately, we do not provide candles.
Yes, we can accommodate this. Please make your request at checkout and we’ll be in touch to discuss further. Please note that all our bakes are made in a domestic kitchen, so there may be traces of allergens.
Changes depend on the stage of order processing. Please contact us as soon as possible with any modification requests, and we will advise what can be accommodated.
Our cakes stay fresh for up to 5 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Cupcakes can be kept in a cool, dry place and do not require refrigeration. Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator.
Cake care instructions
Please check all the details on your invoice/order is correct, particularly names and any personalised details.
If you/anyone who will be consuming the cake have any allergies we need to know about please email us to confirm we can still fulfill your order.
Please note:
Once our cakes/treats leave the bakery it is your responsibility to ensure stable travel if collecting we recommend having a passenger to hold your cake. No refunds will be issued for cakes damaged during travel. Thank you for your understanding.
